Listing and booking are free until August 31, 2027. Whenever you sign up, the free period ends on the same day. From September 1, 2027, plans start at ¥1,078 a month (tax incl.; ¥980 before tax). There are two plans (see the Pricing page). We take no commission from lesson fees.

When do I pay?
You pay after the lesson. Nothing is billed when you send a request.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel any time from My Page. Each coach sets their own cancellation conditions, and they are always shown on the request screen. LEAPLES sets an upper limit, so the conditions can never be stricter than that. The upper limit set by LEAPLES is: free until 2 days before the lesson; up to 50% of the lesson fee the day before; and up to 100% of the lesson fee on the day, or for a no-show. Coaches may only set conditions that are better for the student than this. LEAPLES does not handle payments, so it does not ask for or collect cancellation fees (it only records them). Payment happens between the student and the coach.
Is it all right if I am a beginner?
Yes. Each coach lists the levels they teach, so you can look for coaches who welcome beginners.
Is my booking confirmed straight away?
It is confirmed once the coach accepts. The coach will reply within 24 hours. If there is no reply in that time, the request is cancelled automatically, and there is no charge.
